These tiny sleeper style earrings are perfect for this. They are small but if you have reasonably small flat earlobes they should fit fine as they fit in my pierced ear lobes. They click shut and stay in place, I’ve worn them for days, they are comfortable to sleep in too. The stones are pretty and seem well fitted. If I had one gripe it would be the size of the box is ridiculously over large for the earrings, they rattle loosely in the box and mine were tarnished, but a soft silver cloth soon sorted that out. If you wear sterling silver regularly it won’t tarnish. I will add my earlobes aren’t unusually small, I am a middle aged woman and these fit my lobes with room underneath.
