Lindt LINDOR Holiday White Peppermint Truffles

A creamy, refreshing, peppermint delight!! I am probably the only female on the planet, that does not care for chocolate. These truffles have a white chocolate shell, with crushed peppermint infused, surrounding a creamy, light peppermint flavored filling. One of my guilty pleasures!

Thrilled to find these this holiday season. They’re so good

Purchased for a Christmas 'dessert' buffet table with a 'candy cane' theme. Wanted something fun and good quality and this was it! Of course I had to 'taste test' and ate quite a few. The bag weight was great for a large family gathering and there was plenty...after my repeated 'testing' to fill the bowl! Everyone loved them for the creamy white chocolate and peppermint flavors (I loved them too..maybe too much) and was a pretty to look at bowl of goodies as well as quality in flavor. Highly recommend Lindt chocolates, no matter the flavor..these..outstanding!

I can't wait for every Christmas for this candy to come out and possible to find any other time of the year. I keep most of it give some away and share it while I'm at work. Everyone loves it. Doesn't have a strong peppermint flavor. And I'm not a peppermint kind of a person either. But just the right light touch with white milk chocolate it is absolutely perfect I can't eat peppermint it gives me a total migraine. But I can eat this it's light creamy and delightful to keep or to give away as a gift. I literally do buy one year supply I learned my lesson you can't find it any other time of the year.... (Maybe I should have deleted that comment now I just made it impossible for me to find.) Enjoy!

First of all, my big issue was with Amazon who fulfilled the item. And, Amazon took immediate responsibility for it. So, that’s why I’m being generous with the ratings. The issue was more with the delivery and handling, rather than the product itself. I won’t fault the product for the mishandling of others. Lindt Lindor truffles are terrific. The taste cannot be beat, and for this time of year, they’re perfect for a goodie bag, which is what I was trying to do with these. For my household, they’re a yearly treat. For the value – they’re expensive, as most good chocolates are, so I didn’t mind paying for them. I had a gift card balance so that made them a decent value. For these truffles, and the way Amazon delivered mine – not such a great value. It wasn’t even a hot day when they were delivered and you can see how bad one of the truffles looks. This was one of MANY in this variety that were smashed – well over half the bag. Thankfully they didn’t “leak”. Once the center gets warm it almost turns to liquid. The Milk Peppermint Cookie Truffle ones weren’t much better when they arrived. But, the gift idea and goodie bags? Nope. If I were to solely judge them on taste, value, and appearance (when round) – 5 stars. They are “rich” in flavor which is why you don’t need many in a serving to feel satisfied. Note to Amazon: package these with more care. Not in a HUGE box with three air tubes. Also, ask the logistics people to “use care”.

This product has limited production and is only available during the Christmas holiday. Afterwards it can be ordered online until supplies run out. It is a marvelous white chocolate truffle with a outer shell of peppermint. Wonderful!
