The rug was excellent value for money and just as described. However the seller and their customer service was appalling and I would consider this carefully before you purchase. Perhaps try to find an alternative seller for the same item. The seller will charge you £15 for any return.

Nice feel

Nice looking sparkly rug which seems hard wearing considering it didn’t cost a fortune. There doesn’t appear to be any shedding and it gets hoovered regularly. Early days yet but I am hopeful it will last a good while.

Very disappointed with this product. It is described as 'deep pile' but the pile is so thin that you can feel the weave underneath which leaves it so hard and no real softness at all. I have the flair pearl rug and there is no comparison. Also I paid 79.99 plus postage and packaging bringing the total to over 90 pounds and only got 71.99 of a return, loosing again on postage. On this occasion I really wish I had shopped local, saved myself alot of bother and wasn't over 20 pound out of pocket.
