very great v package for price, packaging was slim package arrived bent causing board to be bent. But because of the price and the fact that i needed it when i received it definitely was a factor

Missing Pieces
I received this kit in the mail just in time for my niece's birthday party. But there were no glitter pens in the set as it clearly states there should be. I gave her the other pieces thinking that it would be easy enough to get Amazon or Cricut to send the missing pens. But Amazon says I need to contact Cricut and Cricut says it's an Amazon problem and they can't do anything. I'm really sad that I spent this money for a defective package and there is nothing I can do but buy her another set of pens. Really unimpressed with Cricut service.

Mat came broken. No option to just get new one sent out. Basically it's cancel and send back whole order or just keep the broken bits and make it work. Not happy.
