Excellent sound. Very comfortable and soft to wear. I can tell when it's on by slightly hearing my own voice. It was weird at first but it's great knowing it's on. It was easy to pair. It comes with a USB dongle that allows you to connect without bluetooth. I recommend downloading the vabra direct app to manage if in case you need to reset the usb dongle or update drivers. Works well with Teams and Cisco Jabber soft phones. The usb dongle is able to allow me to answer calls from the headset when it seems like it didn't work with bluetooth as I might only may be allowed to use wired or usb for my work.

I’ve been in phone sales for over 12 years and have always used the same (but have owned more than a few) plantronics headsets. Recently I needed to replace my handy plantronics headset. I ordered a Jabra evolve 75 (sound quality was not great and felt bulky on my head), a poly voyager 4320 uc (felt overly large and was a weird shape IMO) as well as another plantronics (Amazon renewed box had mold on it and I never opened it) Long story as to why I ordered so many different headsets however the point is this headset is a beast! Sound quality is great from both mic and headphones. I really like that you can flip the mic up to mute it. The voice that talks through the headset will remind you if you are starting to dial and still on mute as well as other prompts (you can turn these off if need be). This also uses a USB C charging cable which I love because it’s compatible w many other devices I own and the battery stays charged all day! Sometimes I’ll throw it on the charger just in case for 10 minutes or so towards the end of the day and when I put it back on I’ll hear “battery high”. The only slight dislike is the range. I can walk into my kitchen no problem but I’m used to being able to walk out to the car or upstairs if need be and the old plantronics would still work just fine. All in all as long as your not trying to sit out by the pool while your on the phone w clients and your computer is in the house, this is an amazing headset that sounds great. Feels great and looks great as well! The best of the best, after testing them all!

It is a great product. Excellent sound quality in using it inside for Team, WebEx, Zoom meetings. However, I use it a lot for talking with my friends and it picks up my breath and other external noise (like wind) and send it back to my ears. The other side could not hear them. But it is really annoying, especially if there is a slight wind, it magnifies it.The ear piece is well constructed and I was able to use it for 2-3 hours without any problem. The dual connection to laptop, phone works great as expected.However, I walk a lot and talk to my friends, or listen to music outside and it disappointed me considering the price tag it comes with.Returning it, as it is not worth the price for my needs.
