I have never seen any pieces that were not made there. **Q: I ordered 5" bowls (2.5" deep) that only hold about 8 oz. I want cereal bowls that will hold 12 oz., 6" across? Please advise.** A: These only hold 8 oz. **Q: Does it have lead in the glaze?** A: This probably isn’t that helpful, but I’ve been using Portmeirion dinnerware and serveware for around 25 years, so I really hope we haven’t been ingesting lead this whole time. I’ve tried to do a little research and can’t easily find the answer. I know some of it is made in China now, not just England, so that could be a factor. I’ve had chronic health problems, also about 25 years. Probably just a coincidence, but now I think I should get tested. If I find a definitive answer, I will post it.
