perfect fit!
I found the gizeh thong a few years ago..they fit my foot perfectly. I absolutely love the color..even tough it says onyx, they are kind of a silvery blue or silvery gray..depending how the light hits them. Pricing on these was great as well.

They fit beautifully, are very comfortable and I think they look great ... unlike other models which I did not think were very pretty!

Comfy, but they squeak!
I really love these sandals, now that I've been able to sufficiently break them in. They weren't comfortable out of the box, and the flap that sits on my right second toe was a problem area at first but these sandals fit great now. I did wear them around the house for a while before committing to keep them. I'm a 6 - 6.5 and a 36 fit me perfectly. I originally ordered a 37 and those were way too long. The only annoyance is a squeak that comes from where the buckle meets the strap. I think this might be because this is a synthetic material and not real leather. I fixed it temporarily by applying Carmex on the strap when the buckle touches it but that only lasts about an hour or so. After a while I decided I liked the comfort of these sandals too much to care about the dumb squeak. And after several weeks of wear the squeak is still there but it's not nearly as loud as it was. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would consider buying another pair but not in one that has birkoflor material.
