I am not familiar with the foot print of you tent, so I can not answer your questions completely. However, the tarp does have a larger foot print than the 12' x 12' Alvantor screen house I purchased to use with it. Therefore, as long as your tent bottom does not exceed 12' x 12', you should be fine. **Q: Will 12x12 grommets match up with the 12x12 screen house grommets and should the floor be staked inside the screen or outside?** A: I have the clear bubble, not the screen house, but my tarp is a bit bigger than the footprint of the bubble and I ended up having to put a couple holes in the tarp to tie down well.
