I have always loved oxo good grips for the excellent make of their products. This set of spoons is no different. The quality of steel is excellent.The set of four cups have measures printed clearly on them like 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/3. There is no other measuring unit given like millilitres etc. But that is not an issue as one cup is 250 ml which is the standard American measuring unit for a cup. I cross checked this by comparing it with the plastic measuring cup I have which has measurements in millilitres on it. These cups are very useful for baking and cooking. Also what grade of stainless?** A: I wouldn't say the edges are sharp, they arr thin. I bought them because The American Test Kitchen did a study on measuring cups and these were evaluated as the best. I have no idea what grade the stainless is.
