USDA Prime Beef Rib Eye Bone In Roast, 7 Ribs, 16-18 lbs

A prime reason to order is the QUALITY of the beef. Arrived frozen and used 2 days in the refrig to get soft. The cooking guide gave a perfect medium rare ---which was loved by all. The leftovers went into a delicious veg beef soup for a long lasting palate----could not have been nicer!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had family come in from around the country last minute for New Years. We recently moved to a tiny town with no local butcher shop, so we ordered this prime rib mostly bc we ran out of options. It came in time and was beautiful! Very surprised with this purchase, great job coming through!

Prime rib was of good quality. I actually weighed it before roasting it and it was a few ounces short of the lower limit I paid for. The prime rib was the primary meat for the family Christmas dinner.

Purchased last year for my birthday, we cut them up individually except three that we left together. Cooked for individual steaks that were outstanding!! On New Years me and my brother cooked the three as a roast and that to was outstanding!! Prime is the way to go!! Would have given 5 stars if price was lower but I paid with some gift cards I had received so I was very happy and satisfied!!

The rib roast showed up on time and tasted fantastic, was well marbled, tender and juicy. I will be getting another one next year.

This Prime Rib was Beautifully marbled. It was what a Prime Rib should be. Slowly cooked some of it in my smoker and had some friends over. they all thought it was better than any prime rib they had ever had. Looking forward to cooking the rest of it soon.

Could have gotten the same thing, same grade at a way cheaper price. Overpriced prime meat is what it is.

Highly recommend. This is the second one we have done since Thanksgiving and it was a giant hit. Arrived in 2-days packed in a cooler with dry ice. You won't be disappointed
