Looks great but poorly made
Well I have had this kettle now for just over 2 years and I have to say whilst it looks nice it is absolutely rubbish. The spout has fallen off twice as it’s only stuck on with silicone. Before it falls off it starts to leak everywhere. If you live in a hard water area it’s awful to clean as well. Steam and water eventually starts to get under the paint as well causing it to blister. It’s no wonder there are so many refurb ones for sale on eBay!

Not great all the bits were coming off not the best only got this like a month or two ago

Hard to open the lid
Lovely item BUT the lid is hard to open, and takes at least 3 presses to open. Plus the little plastic plugs under the kettle keep falling off. When I pushed one in a bit harder to stay attached, it disappeared in the bottom. Would have thought it would be better for the £139 price !!!
