We have been keeping Black felt over a White felt for months now, and not a single bleeding has occurred. **Q: Would this be good to upholster a clarinet case?** A: It's about the same thickness as the regular felt squares you get in a craft store. I bought it, and am using it for a flute case. I wish I could had found something a little thicker, but trying to find that sold by the yard (and not the little squares) is darn near impossible. Price is reasonable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great material *by L***E on October 10, 2024* Beautiful material and easy to work with. High quality. It came folded so I used a steamer to get the wrinkles out, which worked very well. I used gorilla hot glue to make this oversized bow and the glue stuck very well. The material is soft and loose, not stiff, yet thick enough to work with. The color is vibrant and beautiful. I did make a couple small hot glue messes (not deeply set in) on the fabric but because it’s felt, I was able to easily pick off the outside fuzz that had the glue on it and the remaining fabric underneath was still beautiful and did not turn out extra fuzzy from me picking at it.
