A very good contactless pre wash
A very good and safe way to contactless pre wash your vehicle - definitely one of the better pre washes on the market. Bilt Hamber uses PIR (panel impact ratio) to calculate the correct mix ratio of product/water so you are always going to get good results as the mix ratio is calculated to the performance (flow rate) of your pressure washer. It is very easy to calculate, instructions are on the container or can be found online. Overall the results are very good; it is not a high foaming product as some pre washes are, but thick foam does not mean good performance. Leave to dwell for 5 minutes then rinse, all light dirt will be gone and any heavy soiling will have been softened, making it easier to remove with the pressure washer or by hand. A useful thing to do if you have heavily soiled wheels & tires with plenty of brake dust build up is to spray each wheel with your wheel cleaner before applying this product, then spray this over the top covering both wheel and tire as it will increase the dwell time of your wheel cleaner making wheel cleaning a lot easier. I’ve used about 20L of this so far on a number of vehicles and it has always performed well. Half a litre is usually enough to cover a medium sized car, so 5L does go a long way. It’s also kind to any pre applied waxes or treatment on the bodywork and will not strip or thin these out.

Works well
I’ve used other brands of snow foam before and had varying results. I wanted to try this as I’d seen several YouTube videos showing how good it is.I found that it does seem to remove the dirt and road film better than the others I’ve used. I must admit I do agitate the foam once on with a micro fibre mit as in the past I haven’t had good results just rinsing off the foam.I tried this foam two days ago when my car ( a RAV4 ) had been down a muddy farm track which sprayed mud all up the sides and had dried on.I gave the car an initial spray over with the pressure washer to remove the majority of the thick mud then sprayed the foam on. I agitated it with the microfibre mitt then pressure washed it off and the results were very good, probably better than I’ve got before with anything else. There seems to be a lot of discussion as to whether you should use a pre wash or not or put the foam on a dry or wet car but the above method worked for me.I’ll probably keep buying the Bilt Hamber product as it does work and doesn’t work out that expensive compared to some brands.

Bilt Hamber snow foam
Easy to use and mixed easily.I tried it in 2 snow foam cannons and both produced decent amount of foam. First cannon was a Karcher one supplies with my pressure washer which is only small less than half a litre filled maybe but worked well enough but was used up quickly. Then tried snother 1 litre cannon, produced good thick foam 👌 which clung well to car and rinsed off easily.Smells OK too. Overall good stuff.Dispatched really quickly from Opie Oils much faster than Amazon had quoted.

Great snow foam that cleans a lot of road grime prior to contact wash
I use this Bilt Hamber snowfoam by diluting 8:1 in a Monza foam lance. It goes on less clingy than some others and it does not smell of tropical fruit but when allowed to dewll and then pressure washed off, it removes enough grit, traffic film and other grime, to allow the contact wash to go ahead with much less risk to your pristine paintwork. All of my cars are coated with either a carnuba or a hybrid ceramic wax so just the snowfoam is great for a non contact intermediate wash during winter. In summer I always do a follow up contact wash using two buckets and I use this Bilt Hamber in the shampoo bucket as well. It is unly my subjective opinion but this is better than other brands of snow foam that I have tried in getting a car clean as either a foam only or a foam plus contact wash. That said, my cars are very well prepped, suface wise, because of the wax or hybrid coatings. I have even used this stuff at a 1:30 dilution as a clay lube prior to paint correction or polish plus glaze and it works as well as quick detailer or clay lube IMHO. I have compared with both 'cherry' and 'polar' products and I think this is better.

Great value, effective snowfoam
Doesn't give a thick foam and has no waxes so won't sit on driveway for hours or days afterwards. There's no real discernible scent either. It's very effective at loosening dirt ready for a power wash. Followed up with Bilt Hamber Autofoam using 2 bucket method and microfibre mitt for a cost effective clean.I would suggest not pre-rinsing the car first and just using the snowfoam on to a dry car. I use about 200ml of product to 7-800ml water in my snowfoam bottle, using a Karcher K2 pressure washer.

The best.
Not the thickest or the strongest smelling but hands down the best at removing all dirt from your car leaving it gleaming. Fantastic.
