My cat loves the carpet post. It keeps her from scratching my furniture or carpet. She scratches these until the carpet comes off. It takes awhile so they last several months before that happens but I just buy another to replace because she loves them.

The carpet like covering is great, but the base is too small. It falls over when the cats pulls on it. We had to put something heavy on it to keep it from tipping over whenever the cat uses it

My cat loves this but is trying to change her scratching habits. The base is small and my cat is an angry scratcher, or she scratches hard to get attention. The small base is not stable for her & she keeps knocking the post down. Learning curve for her.

This is very easy to assemble. The little bouncy ball on top is of no use to our cat however.It’s pretty nice for the money.

I enjoy the post is made of carpet. It eliminates the sisal mess that my cats make with the other types of posts. But every other time they use it, it falls over. The base is not sturdy enough.

It’s beautiful, but it’s black faux fur. My cat is a curmudgeon, and only likes carpeted scratch posts, which are hard to find.

It’s always finicky purchasing things for a cat/kitten because nine times outta ten, they prefer the box it came in. Now, I didn’t see the packaging and I don’t know if it came put together or some assembly was required... but my cat LOVES it. He’s about 4 months old and loves to scratch his nails. He’s not tall enough to hit the top so he gets up on the end table to swat at it(and usually ends up falling off the end table). All-in-all it was a great purchase for my Mischevious Moocha.

This was a well made product but our cat won't use it. :{
