Over Sink Colander, Extendable Kitchen Strainer, Pink

Perfect colander for washing fruit. Easy to use and the yellow is beautiful. Can't beat the price. Very durable and subtential structurally. It's plastic so no worries about rust.

As a mom of little ones, my kitchen is always a whirlwind of sippy cups, snack bowls, bottle parts, and endless tiny straws. This over-the-sink colander/strainer basket has been a game-changer for keeping everything organized and clean! I originally bought it thinking I’d just use it for rinsing fruits and veggies, but it has quickly become my go-to for air drying all the small parts that don’t fit well in a drying rack. It fits perfectly over my sink, stays stable, and the open design allows things to dry quickly without taking up counter space. It's also great when I'm prepping meals—whether I'm washing produce or draining pasta, it's sturdy and easy to clean. The best part? It’s so affordable but adds so much functionality to my sink setup. It’s one of those simple products you didn’t know you needed until you have it—and then you wonder how you managed without it! Highly recommend this for any parent trying to keep kitchen chaos under control.

Love it! I think this would work best in a large farmhouse sink rather than dual sink set up. It is fully adjustable so I can't imagine it not fitting all sizes. It is dishwasher safe. It cleans and rinses well. I use it for a few dish drying items or as a collander. The plastic is sturdy enough to hold many items to dry.

I love this over-the-sink colander for washing produce and letting it drip dry while I get other things done in the kitchen. The over-the-sink design is super practical—it keeps my sink free for other tasks, so I don’t have to juggle washed produce and dirty dishes in the same space. The length is adjustable, which makes it easy to fit a variety of sink sizes, and when I’m not using it, I can shrink it down to its smallest size for more compact storage. It’s made of plastic, so I wouldn’t use it to drain boiling water, but for rinsing fruits, veggies, or herbs, it’s perfect. It’s also easy to wash and clean. It comes in a lot of cute colors, but I love the clean white—simple, functional, and a great addition to any kitchen.

This over the sink colander is very helpful....not only can you use it as a colander for food but you can also use it as a small dish drainer over your sink or beside your sink. I love that you can extend it to fit the size of your sink. The storage capacity is just right...not too big or too small and it's lightweight. It's grip is just right, too, and appears to be a great quality so far. And I love the color! We use ours daily...just right for that coffee mug after you rinse it out!

Best strainer I have ever used! I have gotten a TON of use out of this since purchasing. It easily holds an entire package of cooked pasta, could not be easier to use and adjust the size, is thick and sturdy, and will never rust. It feels like the quality of Tupperware from the past - I don’t get the impression that it will ever wear out at all. I also like to use it to rinse off produce/fruits and let them dry. Lastly, it is very easy to clean - I just give it a quick spray of power wash and then scrub it with my bottle brush which makes it SO easy to get anything caught in any of the holes. Takes maybe 20-30 seconds.

The ability to have this fit any sink size is awesome.

I absolutely love this over-the-sink plastic colander! I originally purchased it four years ago, and it has proven to be incredibly durable and arguably the most used tool in my kitchen. I still use it almost every single day. The over-the-sink design is a total game-changer because it frees up both of my hands and keeps the food elevated away from the bottom of the sink. It is incredibly versatile, and I use it for absolutely everything! Here is why it is such a staple in my home: Prep Made Easy: It is perfectly sized for thoroughly washing and draining large batches of fresh fruits and veggies. Handles the Heat: It easily handles draining heavy pots of boiling hot pasta without any warping, bending, or melting. Ultimate Convenience: Resting it right over the sink means no more splashing dirty sink water back onto my clean food. If you are looking for a highly reliable, multi-purpose colander that will genuinely stand the test of time, I cannot recommend this one enough. It is a fantastic buy!
