I may never sleep with an ordinary, flat pillow again!
Love this pillow! It's sturdy and supportive without being unyielding. I like that in a sleep companion. :) The cover is smooth and comfortable... and easy to get on and off the pillow. I'd originally purchased it to place beneath my knees (to help alleviate back pain), but the 12" height was several inches taller than I needed. But the lingering pollen season has left me congested and with difficulty breathing at night; so this pillow was the ideal solution. Now I'm sleeping better at night and waking alert and refreshed. I may never sleep with an ordinary, flat pillow again! What the description doesn't tell you, however, is that the pillow comes rolled up (like a big cylinder) and you need to let it A) unroll and regain its proper shape; and B) breathe (and offgas in a well-ventilated area) for about two days before using. Still, I'd highly recommend this wedge pillow.

This wedge pillow save me after a major surgery.
I ordered this wedge pillow to use after I had a surgery which prevented me from sleeping on my side. The pillow helped me stay on my back and not roll over. I slept well and had little pain. It’s nice and soft and it kept me comfortable. The quality is good and I like that it came with a little added pillow and two cloth pillow cases to fit it. I highly recommend this wedge pillow.

Strong and comforatable
this wedge is sturdy! I don't like sleeping with wedges, but sometimes it's the only way I can get sleep, this thing works great and hasn't worn despite my weight.

Low Quality
This product is going to serve my purpose but it is definitely not quality. If you want want a quality product i imagine you'll have to spend $100 or more, which is ridiculous to begin with for a pillow. The wedge pillow measures 11 inches tall (advertised as 12) and the removable cover measures 12 inches, so right off the bat you can see these things are thrown together without much care. i got the Egyptian cotton cover (t's doubtful that it is) and all the warning tags (fire danger and removal of bedding tags) were all sewn in on the outside of the cases. I was hoping the cotton cases were going to be jersey knit but they are not. If you don't have jersey knit on your bedding you won't get the full benefit of your mattress or pillow because jersey is stretchy and lets your body sink into the foam, otherwise you are creating pressure. i bought this pillow for watching tv in bed for an hour or two- it will work for that. !2 inch high wedge is the right size for that. I prop myself on the wedge and put a pillow under my head and neck. The free neck pillow they include is a joke. When compressed it is maybe an inch thick. It looks like they took foam scraps and folded them together and called it a pillow. The only reason i gave it any stars is because i'm going to keep it and use it.

So glad I chose this one!!!
I have had 3 back surgeries between 2012 & 2014. The Dr cut a nerve in my back during my last surgery in 2024 causing severe nerve damage in my right leg, ankle & foot. I had to have a Spinal Cord Stimulator implanted in 2015 to help with the nerve pain. I have to sleep on my back & propped up in bed. I started looking into a wegde pillow when I got sepsis this past May & had to have my artificial knee removed & spent 3-1/2 on IV antibiotics before I had a new knee put back in. I was in the hospital 2 different times & in a skilled nursing facility for the entire 3-1/2 months until I got the infection under control & will be on oral antibiotics for 6 more months. It was suggested by someone at the facility that I may want to consider a wedge pillow, so I started looking & most of the reviews of most of the wedge pillows I looked at had basically the same complaints!! They were too hard & the wedge didn't stay in place. I chose this one because it has a 2" memory foam on top so it's not hard & it also comes with another pillow that sits on top!!! I also ordered the 1/2 moon knee roll pillow because I needed to elevate my right knee after 2 surgeries in 3 months & having a severe sepsis infection that got into my bloodstream & almost killed me. It did a lot of trauma to my knee & the pillow roll for the knee really helps. I would recommend this wedge or the set to anyone who has had surgery & must sleep on their back like I do & can't sleep lying flat.I'm so glad I bought this

More Comfort for Stacked-pillow Sleepers!
Nearly my whole life I've required regular use of the classic 2 stacked pillows under my head in order to sleep comfortably. As I've gotten older, I've become more aware of the stress this puts on my neck and it's become more important to get my whole upper body up rather than just my head (in case I ate pizza a little too close to bedtime, LOL). I looked for a solution outside of buying an inclining bed. This pillow has delivered! It's a lot larger than I was expecting even for my 6'0" height. On a queen it takes up an entire side of the bed. It's surprisingly firm, but with enough give to not be uncomfortable.I recommend this product to anyone currently using the 2-pillow approach to propping their head up while sleeping. You will likely find this a far more comfortable solution!

If You'll Settle For Foam In A Bag, This Will Do (I Suppose).
Item pictured misrepresents actual product. Judging from the picture, one would assume an integrated product - i.e., a foam pillow with a sewn on, tightly tailored cover. Not so. What you get is a foam wedge with a zippered cover that has to be placed around the wedge. This cover very, very loosely fits the pillow - more like a bag than a fitted cover - with a lot of fabric hanging off the sides. Agreed, it is a a wedge, but not a quality made one.

Excellent in every way for back pain and sitting up in bed.
Excellent product. I was a little surprised that it came as flat as it did, concerned that it wouldn't be very firm at all but after about 3-4 hours of I guess unfolding itself, it became just as supportive as I was hoping. It feels like it has about an inch of very soft foam on top of very firm foam so that leaning back couldn't be more comfortable. Can be used easily as the picture shows or in the much more upright position against a headboard.Would totally recommend to anyone who has back pain or likes to read in bed like me who suffers from both.
