I wanted to start taking walks but had to have something I could just slip my feet into--no bending down and struggling to get my feet into a closed shoe while my pants cut off my oxygen supply. These sandals are perfect. They are soft and bouncy, have excellent arch support, and the "leather" is so soft that it doesn't cause even my baby skin to develop sores. And the anti-gravity feature isn't just an advertising scheme. These things actually make me feel as if I weigh less, as if gravity isn't quite as bad an enemy as usual. These shoes are cute and very comfortable. The arch is just right and it keeps your heel a bit supported. Plantar faciitis doesn’t bother me with these. They are lightweight and the buckles provide any necessary adjustment. The one drawback is I have been wearing these for a week and the color is cracking in places- will probably flake off eventually. Others have mentioned this problem, but I hoped mine would be ok. They were around $25 on Amazon so I will keep them. In their catalog they are $60. That would be unacceptable for color-flaking sandals.
