Tvilum Desk with 5 Drawers, White

Desk quality: Pretty good quality and looks nice. It took me a long time to build but the app with 3D instructions were super helpful! It would probably be easy if you have some experience putting furniture together. There was only one thing wrong with it but nothing major so I would definitely recommend this desk

May I make a point that parts of this desk DID hold up; the side drawers and the top of it ( kind of ). Now that I’ve made this point I’d like to point out how utterly, disgustingly horrid this desk has turned out. I could’ve had my 5 year old niece put together a basic 3 piece desk and that would’ve held up better than this GARBAGE. 1.) I bought this with the intent it would hold stuff; come to find out the top drawer can’t even hold a notebook and an EMPTY BAG along with a few bottles of tester skincare stuff. Why? Because the bottom of the thing isn’t wide/long enough to stay in the grooves. I literally had to nail CARDBOARD to try and make it stay and it literally collapsed (not the first time). 2.) The backboard came off because I bumped into it. Why? No clue. Genuinely no clue. It’s like the desk was just built on hatred and low salaries, along with the punishment and the guilt you’d feel sending this out for someone to TRY to put together. 3.) The top doesn’t even go down all the way so you can’t even lock it. 4.) The amount of times I have cried and yelled and screamed at this thing because it doesn’t do its basic job is insane. I’m going insane at this desk and will be burning it in our fire pit. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PEICE OF DUMPSTER GARBAGE

This deal is perfect for my daughters room. I love all the drawers and that she can lock away her journal from her siblings, ha ha! The long back piece of the big drawer came with a crack in it but it wasn’t all the way through and so I think it will be ok. The top piece came with a couple dents but nothing major so we kept it. There were a few places in the directions where I had to spend a good amount of time looking at it to figure it out. One was at the very end (#14 in the instructions) with the fabric tab thing. I finally figured out that that is used for if you want to anchor it to the wall. It’s pretty sturdy, and my daughter isn’t a toddler, so I didn’t feel it needed it. The other part was #4 &5, installing the rails. There wasn’t pre-drilled holes for the #25233 screws so I HAD to use a drill, even though instructions said I didn’t need one. Also #6 instruction didn’t say which way to face the two JA pieces, or IJ , so I ended up having to turn those around once I stood the desk upright because I had put them on backwards. One of them I wasn’t able to flip but it’s behind the bottom drawer so no one will ever see it. Everything else was pretty self explanatory. It took me a couple hours to assemble by myself. My daughter absolutely loves the desk!

Very happy with sewing cabinet / desk. Sewing area is roomy, followed directions without difficulty putting together. Measurements as stated and easy to move once put together. Very sturdy and stable to work on. Quality of material is very nice, nice smooth finishing. Price was very reasonable as product surpassed many expectations. Recommend this product.

19 year old daughter has used this for a year. Center drawer has broken. Lock never worked exactly right. Otherwise desk is sturdy and other drawers slide smoothly.

This desk was perfect for my eight year old! It took about two hours to build, but it was worth it. It has a sturdy feel, and hopefully will last long.

It is a nice desk, relatively small but will be sufficient for my daughter. However, the wood on top of the desk came damaged— mdf board on one of the corners was peeled off. I don’t want to return it but it would be great if they sent a replacement for the top. Not very happy with the purchase as the defect is very visible
