Incredibly easy to put together, huge capacity, and lovely bronze finish. I love this thing!
Off the top, I'm a petite (verbose) female, and this is working really well for the lengths of different garments. The longest, full-length or similar, are on the side extensions.I spent a lot of time trying to decide among the various racks, given my limited space and unlimited clothing. The reviews for this one convinced me, and I actually delayed putting it together until too late to return it, so I was really relieved when I put it together last night :)I'm 75, 5' tall, with a shoulder condition described as 'devastating' and have put together a ton of furniture over the years, thanks to moving way too much. This was the easiest thing I've ever put together, just a brilliant concept. Almost all connections fit together with a spring-type little bump or protuberance which easily goes flat and then pops up when the hole of the connecting piece is in the right place. Super super easy. There were only a couple of screws and nuts (sorry, don't know the technical terms) and they went on by hand without even the little allen wrench or pliers (?). I did use those for the final tightening, just to be sure. Anyway, I was really impressed with the ease of assembly and intelligence of the design. The bronze finish was totally intact, and a deep, sophisticated color. The only mistake I made was putting the two 'E's together, which I had to redo as it left a large upper hanging area and too small lower one. That's on me as I didn't bother to use my glasses to read the instructions*. As it says in the Amazon description, there is some space to adjust the lower rod placement and that would be easy to do if you want to change the configuration later.I just counted and I have 52 garments on the top rod. I extended the rod only a couple of inches on each side as I think that will reduce stress on the extension rod. I have about the same amount of garments below. It feels like it can take more but I want some visibility and don't want them to be crushed. While not rigid, it feels sturdy enough, the bottom is totally stable, with some flex for the upper level. As far as maneuverability: I wouldn't move this very far when loaded as fully I have it, although if it just had some laundry or a lighter load I think it could handle it, depending on surface. I've owned a number of racks in the past and have learned that plastic parts can't take the torque of being moved with even light loads, so it's reassuring that this is all metal. (If you want to place a clothes rack on a carpet and then move it fully loaded, I suspect you'll have to spend well over $100-200.)I know, way TMI: The idiots who designed my building put the sprinkler heads in the clothes closets**--with nada in the kitchen, of course. I have a lot of clothes that won't survive being hosed, so, unlike a lot of purchasers, I didn't get this to add to a closet, just the opposite. The height of this is more amenable to being in closets or below overhangs than the 72" ones, and it's really easy to disassemble for moving. (It's really a little mindboggling to see how small the shipping box is, as one reviewer mentioned, but it's all there :) Although I have 8' ceilings and could get more hanging space from a 6' tall rack, this provided the most hanging space for the least floor space with the best reviews.)*One reviewer gave this a negative review for not having the right part for one side of the upper rod, when you can see in her photo that she has it but put it on incorrectly. I wish Amazon still allowed comments, sigh....**When I griped about the sprinklers in our closets, other residents told me they didn't have them in theirs. Uh, yeah they did. The sprinkler heads face the clothing from the inside wall above the door opening. I would never have noticed this if I hadn't had to seal off leaks from a neighbor's smoking, and don't know how common an installation this is, but it can potentially ruin a lot of things we think we're protecting.

Easy to put together but must keep weight to minimum.
Works great for a temporary but it’s pretty flimsy and falls over with any real weight.
