Terrible chemical smell. Threw away.
Very strong, over-powering, chemical smell as soon as I opened the packet. I assume from the glue used to bond the layers of the mat together. I left it for a couple days in the sun to outgas but it still smelled terrible. As a cutting mat, it looked ok, I cut a few things on it and it seemed reasonable, however only 1 star as I couldnt use it due to the overpowering chemical smell. In the end I had I threw it away. Incidentally, I bought a really cheap "Space Fly A3 cutting mat", which did not stink and worked as well as expected for a cheap cutting mat.

You get what you pay for
This is not great quality. Thin bendy feels like it will snap quite easily. Also in mm’s not cm’s. Really would not waste your money not convinced it will last long. However this last comment is before I’ve actually used and I may be totally wrong.

Size ok...quality not
I needed this as a replacement for die cutting machine plate...didn’t last for more than a few cuts before warping

Good for small craft cutting
Good product that does it's job well. Once I stated to use it I realised that A4 is too small for viny cutting/weeding but that's my preference. Good for smaller crafts.

Perfect for craft projects
It is a good quality A4 sized mat with metric markings on one side.It is the genuine "Model craft" brand, which is a reputable make. The self healing aspect is very good with no cuts or marks showing after recent heavy usage. All i n all, it is a very good quality product for a reasonable price.
