I have struggled with acne since I was a teen and am 29 now and finally starting to get somewhere going the natural route. I read a lot about zinc picolinate and decided to try this supplement based on cleanliness and price. It's not the only thing I am doing for acne but I do believe it makes a difference.

Just the same, research, zinc for yourself to be sure you understand that your body definitely needs zinc, but you have to be careful about dosage. I’ve been taking this zinc supplement once a day for 2–3 years, maybe longer, and I haven’t had a cold since. If I feel something coming on, it’s gone in a day. I take other supplements too, but this is the one I’ve stuck with the longest, and I know it plays a big role in keeping me healthy. Highly recommend!

It smells good but it didn't state in the ad post or on the bottle that it's patented (as stated on the website). So what is the synthesized substance that makes it unnatural? I have to call the company to get an answer for reconsideration.

By now, everyone knows the importance of zinc and your immune system. However, it is difficult to know which products are high quality.
