Wonderful for children. Natural ingredients! I give these to my children when they have had a really busy day and it’s hard for them to unwind. They work wonders. They really get a wonderful nights sleep and they love the taste too!

These work very well if your sleep cycle is off track - my husband uses them too to get back on track after late shifts.

Been using this 3 months now. My lil man is finally back to a healthy sleep schedule. This helps him fall asleep however he is a light sleeper like his momma and usually wakes up once sometimes from a bad dream other times from noises. He still occasionally climbs into our bed but they grow so fast I treasure that. That being said this calms him down and mellows him out and puts him to sleep within 20 minutes . When he does wake up most the time he goes right back to sleep. He wakes up in a better mood and less anxious he has particular quirks and sensory issues. We also give him an NAC gummy and an Ollie chillax . He takes cell salts also. So maybe the full combo of these has made a noticeable difference. I definitely recommend this product.

So I’m writing a review I have never given my son melatonin or anything to help him go to sleep other than magnesium lotion so I bought these because my son started having a little bit of trouble falling asleep again I was scared because like I said I don’t like to get my son anything he’s too going on three years old. He’s still a baby. I read review seen that they work. Some said they were very strong so I started off with half a pill, and when I tell you that these things work, they work when I gave him that half I could tell within minutes that he took something. It changed his demeanor. He was like very lethargic. He was walking heavily. He was awake fighting his sleep a little bit, but he was really sleepy and it’s like he couldn’t move and I didn’t like that at all. It’s like he was on something so these things do work. They’re very very strong. His dad gave him a full one one time by accident and it put him out. It does make him fussy because he gets tired and doesn’t wanna go to sleep, but it does knock him out and it puts him to sleep and it keeps him Asleep now in the mornings. He does feel sleepy, but I don’t have much of a problem waking him up so if you need these for emergencies, I would recommend because they do work, but I would recommend giving small pieces because they’re so strong but honestly, I stopped giving them to him just because I don’t like to see him really tired like that and I don’t ever want him to be in such a deep sleep and start choking or something but they’re melatonin. It’s not an narcotic. They’re not unsafe but you just never know like I said for me, they’re too strong for him. They do really work so I would recommend for maybe a bigger child who’s having trouble sleeping they even work for me. I took one one night and they actually made me sleepy so can you imagine on a tiny tiny body.

My daughter has AuDHD and this works really good for her, it help her to sleep almost immediately and through the night. We asked her pediatrician and she approved. We really like this pills.
