I’m writing the review on the level of customer service and satisfaction.I ordered this and had it for the grandkids birthday. It was a hit with the kids however after the first use it developed a split at one of the seams. I started the return and the company offered to replace -which I chose and unbelievably the replacement was delivered the very next day. That’s great customer service! The kids are enjoying the replacement and nothing has happened to this one so hopefully the original item was just a defect at the factory.

I’m an aunt to a 2, 3, 4, & 5 year old (and a new baby but I digress) & I got this for my parents house for the summer and it was an even bigger hit than I imagined. The photos oversell the water pressure tho haha. We set it up in backyard at a slight downslope. The 4 kids splashed around all day. Mostly in the bottom 1/2 toward the pool area. The water sprays are WAY less powerful than images, and mainly only spray towards the bottom. Maybe bigger kids would use the full length but we couldn’t keep the top 1/2 wet. Overall fun memories even if we have only used it once or twice.

The material is good, and the set up is easy. But the holes in the water runner are too close together laterally, so they often only spray on on lane of the slide, even after repeated adjustments. We also tried adjusting to a more downhill slope, but one lane stays wetter than the other.

The kids have spent HOURS upon hours on this slide in the month we've had it. Ages 6, 11, and 12 and it's held up to their horsing around with it, using all different tubes to go down, dish soap to make it extra slippery, etc. The only downside is the two little inflatables it came with didn't hold up, one had a hole when we got it and the other popped after 2 days.We have a fairly steep slope so the water will come out much higher at the bottom of the slide and just a small trickle at the top, but that's more the fault of gravity and not the quality of the slide. We add a tarp at the end to extend their slide time as well.Easy to set up with 6 included stakes. Great value, definitely got our money worth already.

It’s fun but the water doesn’t engage like the pictures lead you to believe. The water doesn’t start to sprinkle out until mid ways down the slide. Still yet it’s fun for a toddler

Absolute trash! So cheaply made for the price. Didn’t even work. I had it on level ground, put soap down it and everything but just pools up in spots and the kids aren’t able to go down it.

My son wanted a longer slip n’ slide for his 8th bday & he loves this one! It provides more water than our old one which is great. It comes with inflatable boards but he slipped right off as they are small & better for kids 6 y/o or younger.

Kids ages 5 & 7. We’ve had it about 3 weeks now and it’s holding up real well! Rounded off pegs so no scratches (if the 80’s taught me anything) We’ve had a few playdates with it and it’s he’d up to some bigger kids. Well worth the money. Should have bought one ages ago.
