Review: I made a handy 10' foot hose for the workbench in about 5 mins with these - I bought a large 100' flexzilla air hose with the intention of cutting it and making a shorter hose to use in my workshop (instead of always taking out the larger hose or fiddling with the hose reel. This piece is very high quality with great fit and finish, and it's incredibly quick and easy to install. Depending on the material of the hose you are repairing, it may require a fair amount of force to get it over the barb. I was having a difficult time getting mine on so I heated it up slightly and it went on with ease. The compression fitting pinches the hose tight in place so there is no way it will come off.
