I bought these as they are the beginner ones. Was quite apprehensive at first but then used it while lying on my bed so it was much less painful. Couldnt believe how it always sends me to sleep! I use it with a 30 minute voice/music relaxation app and have a warm blanket over me as its cold here in UK. It is a bit sore for the first few seconds then feels numb and then you dont even realise you are lying on it. Love it and use it as often as I can. Stick with it and you will love it. I do and would certainly recommend it to anyone. It makes me feel so relaxed and energised afterwards.

It works a treat! I'm always excited to lay down on it and enjoy the sensations.

My order arrived next day and was well packed. The mat and pillow are of good quality and fit neatly into their carrying bag. I went the whole hog and tried it out bare skinned for the first time. I found it very comfortable and relaxing and the feeling of warmth on the skin is most soothing. No aches and pains to test it on, but for stress relief and relaxation this is a great product and an excellent price.

This mat is perfect, sure I have to work on my mindset to get past the first 3 minutes on it as there is a bit of discomfort, but when I’m past it, it feels like being on a heat mat.I get back ache a lot and after 10 or so minutes on the mat it’s gone and I feel relaxed. I tend to use it on the bed as it takes some of the pressure off, but my husband goes all in and lies on the floor with it. He is a window cleaner so gets tension around his upper back from the repetitive movement with heavy poles. He thought I was nuts at first, wanting to lie on a spiky mat, but is a convert since trying it.It is great quality and when I look at all the overpriced ones there really is no difference.

The item was delivered quickly. It is well made. The storage bag is really handy, especially if you wanted to take it on your travels which I probably will. I bought this item on a whim having read about the mats. I settled on this product having read other reviews and I thought the price seemed fair. I am a terrible sleeper. I wake up constantly during the night and find it difficult to get back to sleep. So I thought I'd give the mat a go! These mats are spiky!! I have a high pain threshold but I found it really quite uncomfortable to use on any exposed bare skin - like the back of your neck and head. I covered the mat and pillow with a thin cotton sheet and that improved things no end. I found it very relaxing to lie still for 20 minutes! Personally, I have found that on the days I use the mat and pillow my sleep is much, much better. I'm very happy with my purchase! 😃

I love this mat so much that I have ordered another one for my mum because she is impressed too! I have only used it twice so far but my sleep has already improved. I don't suffer from any sleep problems in particular but I would definitely say that the quality of my sleep has improved-I wake up earlier and I feel more refreshed. A word of warning though-if you have certain medical conditions (e.g. high blood pressure etc) this mat is NOT suitable for you. Also I would say that using this acupuncture mat does take some getting used to but persevere and you will most likely see brilliant results. I highly recommend this product.

This mat is very comfortable after you lay on it for a moment, but I haven't been able to use the pillow comfortably, even when I lay on it for a few minutes. I've stopped trying to use the pillow altogether.

Es lo mejor para mis cervicales y mi espalda. Al principio pincha y duele un poco pero te acostumbras rápido, ahora me quedo dormida incluso.Relaja la musculatura mucho.

Colori e materiali di qualità, i dischi con gli spuntoni per agopressione sono ben saldi al materassino imbottito.Ho già fatto un paio di sessioni da venti minuti, la sera prima di cena, e allevia tutto lo stress fisico che la schiena subisce durante la giornata. All'inizio la sensazione è di un piccolo dolore che dopo pochi minuti si trasforma in calore, e poi estremo relax. Sarebbe meglio stenderlo a a terra per una terapia d'urto, ma volendo si può attenuare il piccolo dolore iniziale stendendolo sul letto. È ideale da utilizzare prima di coricarsi, per chi ha problemi ad addormentarsi. Rispetto a prodotti che costano anche centinaia di euro, lo consiglio vivamente almeno per approcciarsi all' agopressione. Con il prezzo include anche il cuscino per cervicale, che in molti prodotti similari è venduto separatamente. Anche questo è una mano santa!
