It seems so simple, and yet the grip is so important. I realized that the placement of my thumbs had slowly moved wildly out of place, leading to bad club head control. This snaps onto any club you want and ensures that your thumb placements (and thus hand placements) are in the correct position. You can rotate it as you wish to practice a stronger or weaker grip. You could probably take some practice swings with it in (although I worry that this will promote too much grip pressure for fear of the club flying off).
