I love the speed of the rope and the lightness, along with the flexibility-it's nothing like the other thin speed ropes that I've purchased and tried and that have bent and kinked in my bag. It is very convenient to adjust the length. You can do it by hand without any tools. The rope doesn't get hung up or twisted while jumping, the handles make it very smooth and consitent. Normally when I change ropes it takes me a little while to get used to it. I was able to adapt to this one right away. It's a great rope for beginners and experienced CrossFit athletes. I definitely recommend it!
