I have used L-Citrulline for years, from different brands and different combinations. I get this because its easier and dramatically more cost-effective buying just the bulk powder and mixing it into your drink of choice. It also doesn't taste nearly as bad as a lot of other supplement powders I've tried, so that's a nice bonus. I have used this company's products before, and the quality has always been solid and this product here is no different. It is exactly as described and that's it, it's a bulk bag of pure L-Citrulline powder, NOT L-Citrulline DL-Malate, which is a mix that is often used in lieu of pure L-Citrulline that people sometimes overlook. This is the good stuff if you're looking to increase your vascularity, muscle endurance, and increase bodily blood flow as well, so whether its increased lifts in the gym, better performance in the bedroom, or just improved cardiovascular health, this stuff works. Not gonna lie, it's gotta be one of my fav supplements I have tried and continue to take.

I have been ordering this product repeatedly for quality and efficacy. The bag before were good quality , sturdy and thick bag, this time though the bag changed, it is thinner, the printing and label are dull colors. I hope the quality of the contents remains the same. Will review after using this.

Recommended for compensatory hypertension by a functional medicine doctor (I have low voltage bradycardia). It works for me, consistently keeps my BP at 126/76 for about a year now. 4 hypertension medications were failures because the horrendous side effects were absolutely untenable and not tolerable. I am not making a blanket recommendation. That's outside my scope of practice. I am only sharing that it works for me.

I've been lifting weights for over 10 years. I was introduced to L-Citrulline after researching how to enhance stamina during my workouts. Before making any purchase, I went to the site I trust for quality and efficacy. Over the years, I've used BulkSupplements to create whey protein and have never had a poor experience, with a reasonable cost for the weight I buy. I've been taking L-Citrulline for just over a week. I expected it to take around 2 weeks to notice any results in my lifting routine. Still, with the first dose (taken 45 minutes before heading to the gym, as directed on the label), I mixed it i with a cup of water that mixed well leaving no chunks in the water. I noticed a dramatic increase in muscle pump during and after my first set of lifts. Thinking there might be a placebo effect, my next three workouts followed the same pattern. I'll provide updates as time goes on, but thus far, I've noticed a difference in how I feel and in my strength/stamina, and it is an effective supplement that I use as a "pre-workout".

I received my order quickly and they even sent me a free sample offer of other products of my choice. I started taking it because L-Arginine really can upset your stomach and liver in supplement form. However, you can take L-citrulline which then converts to L-arginine directly in the bloodstream. I can take larger doses with absolutely no side-effects. I took it for better heart health, protein synthesis and stamina while doing cardio and weight lifting. On the third or fourth day of taking it, I noticed my breathing was much easier. It was almost like I was getting more oxygen. I assume this is from the blood vessel dilation. I was also able to do cardio with more intensity without getting winded. I did not notice a boost while doing weights but the studies imply that it lets you do weights longer. I did not test this theory. Some sites promote L-citrulline for erectile disfunction. I do not have that but I did notice a difference in that area. I am not saying anything got bigger or harder but my "walking around" size seemed greatly affected. I assume that is from the increased blood flow as well. If you did have erectile dysfunction, I think it may have benefits. The taste is not horrible or good. It is a little metallic-ish. Just mix it with a drink and you will be fine. It takes about 10 seconds to dissolve when stirring. The packaging is good but I had an issue with it resealing well. I just started using a clip on the top instead. It could just be a one time thing. Anywho... I will probably buy this again and from Bulk Supplements since I actually had noticeable positive effects and no negative effects when taking the product.

I may have to come back for product review once I try it out in few months time. The packaging is good except the zip lock did not lock and once you cut open it the powder starts to flow out.
