Purchased when remodeling a bathroom in 2023, now in 2025 I can confidently say that it's held up well. Applied as a sealant when installing faucet and sink, and both still look great. Once dry, cleans easily and touch dries within a couple of hours (24 hour full cure). The tube allows for pretty fine control of application. Stores well as long as sealed correctly in a cool dry place.

Loctite uses those cheap, flimsy caps that split and leak vapors when tightened by hand, causing the product to harden inside the tube. Good product. Shame that the cap is designed to waste it. Tips for the Buyer: 1. If the cap splits, an unused cone-shaped nozzle can be used as a backup cap. 2. Whenever you use up a tube, save your old caps and nozzles. Hoard them. 3. Use a w*ssy grip when tightening the cap.

I originally bought this brand because it was literally the only product available in a convenient size at the local hardware store. Then I tried a couple other clear silicone brands and one black and this one has been the best overall. I have multiple tubes on hand now for whenever the mood hits to craft.

Very strong bond after 2 days of curing . I needed RTV silicone adhesive so I used this for glueing some electronics and it did a superb job. Very mendable even for half hour and then if you need full strength cure it for 48 hrs . But yes very nice . If it hasn't cured fully , smells like spirits , and when the smell is gone / faded to v low , you could say it finished curing . Do not seal it while curing since it needs the open air to do so .
