Best customer service ever!!!
I started in customer service over 25 yrs ago and rarely see the outstanding type of customer service we received from Dan with this order. I ordered these early for a birthday gift so they set wrapped in the box they were shipped in for a few weeks. Once opened they appeared to be exactly what we were wanting. We took a few weeks to get around to putting them up but as soon as we did we loved them. However after just a couple of days of using them for a few hours a day they stopped working. I reached out to Dan and he very quickly got back to me. We discussed and concluded together that it was likely the wiring and not the actual lights so Dan offered to send another single strand so we could use the plug/wiring from it and we could just keep the extra lights. They arrived in just a few days but however they didn’t fix the problem. I again reached out to Dan and this time he insisted on just sending us a whole new double strand set. He expressed several times that he was committed to making this right by us and he certainly did! The other new set arrived shortly and we hung them right away. They have been working greatly since then. We are not only happy with our purchase but because of his commitment to his customers we will be ordering from Dan again! These are great, and took a small chance because I couldn't find the answer to this online. They are by far the best priced ones I found for what they can do, but what I was searching for (and had been unable to find) is if they lose power, when they regain it, do they come back at the same color? They DO. This means attaching them to a smart switch would easily make it compatible with Alexa (which is what I'm doing, since all my other kitchen lights are smart lights). Granted, you wouldn't be able to change the color with Alexa, but that's fine for me. 99% of the time, they'll be white. Maybe during parties or something I'll change the color via my phone. They were incredibly simple to install, and look amazing. No more dark counters! Highly recommend
