Love this oatmeal
Been eating this oatmeal for many years! A great breakfast! I will say I’ve had several shipments where some of the cans have indentations along the lower edge, but never been a problem.

My favorite breakfast.
I first tried this steel-cut oatmeal when it was offered at Costco. I really liked it, but for some reason they stopped carrying it. I was able to find it here on Amazon. I order 6 at a time which lasts about three months, having one serving every morning for breakfast. I put frozen blueberries in the bottom of the bowl, pour the hot oatmeal over them, and top it with chopped walnuts. Yum! Glad I found it, now that I'm not shopping in any store since March.

Four months past "Best by" date. Second time!
Four months past "Best by" date. Too bad, since it's very good oatmeal. I got a different quantity last time and it was too old as well. I won't be trying agan.

Have never been an oatmeal fan but Ina garten convinced me- I make it kind of like she does- I use powdered whole milk and powdered butter which I keep for the bread machine and some salt- it's good and very filling and I feel healthy:) today I even added chia seeds and that was good too

DIsappointed by Best If Used By date
I love this product, but was not expecting the Best If Used By Date of November 12, 2024, a mere 3 1/2 months after ordering. I would have expected at least something a bit further into 2025. These twelve containers, each 1 lb, 8 oz where an individual serving is only 1/4 cup, will expire long before they can be enjoyed. Feeling disappointed and kind of like they were being unloaded to an unsuspecting customer. I have ordered this many units in the past, but never had this small a window before expiration.
