Had to recalibrate my track saw and this is just what the doctor ordered.

Anti-Splinter Strip
You will need a replacement strip when changing to a wider saw blade or if you damaged your current strip. Amazon quickly supplied a new strip when I needed it. I damaged a strip when I didn’t properly support boards I was cross cutting. Be careful and don’t think you can control the saw without following the cross cut rules.

Good to have a replacement handy incase of damage.
I love my Bosch track saw and use the saw extensively, the track saw has pretty much replaced my table saw for basic cuts that do not require any technical techniques. The track saw travels in my truck and I have had instances that I have damaged the anit-splinter strip even though I use the Bosch travel bag to store and transport the tracks. Replacement is quick and simple, can be done in the field if needed to finish a job. If you depend on your track saw to make money having the maintenance items on hand make good sense.
