what adjustable solar panel tilt mount brackets do i need for this panel?

I lay mine flat on top of RV and they work quite well. Figure out your latitude and set them at that degree of tilt. The amount of power you recover from running an adjustable or tracking I don't believe would be worth the extra cost. purchase more panels.

In perfect conditions on clear summers day at noon what voltage does this put out? around 18v? @ around 5a?

Mine can get up to 18v and over 5a, but this is because of my charge controller.

How can i get a longer mc4 cable? i need 10 feet.

They sell extension cables on Amazon. Be sure the ends are on both ends of the cable if you just want to plug and play. Many are sold with only one end attached and you need the right crimper tool to put them on properly.
