Garlic in relatively high doses, like these capsules, is the only supplement for which there is NIH research evidence of benefits. However, this batch does not seem to be as 'odourless' as previous batches - as soon as I broke the seal it smelt stronger than before and the first capsule tastes stronger and has left an aftertaste.
