how long would a 96 ounce bag last for a guinea pig?

I have two guinea pigs and about 75% of their diet is timothy hay, I also feed them about a cup of feed a day. I also feed my mini rex rabbit timothy hay but he doesn't go through as much as my guinea pigs do. The 96oz bag of timothy hay lasts me 1 month between the three of them eating it.

The description now on Amazon says “1st and 2nd cut hay blend”, but since it says nothing about the ratio, it could be 99% 1st cut and the description would still be technically accurate.

Yes, Timothy hay is perfect for rabbits. Stay away from anything with Alfalfa as it is too high in calcium and can cause them health problems. Timothy hay and grasses should be the biggest part of their diet and to keep their teeth from getting too long. We feed our Flemish Giants about 80% Timothy Hay and 20% fresh greens. This product is perfect for rabbits, wild or pets.
