Best sauna vest Ive had so far
The vest is tight but it does stretch. It also makes you sweat alot! What i like most is it has this sticky fabric around the bottom so it stays put when tucked in & doesn’t ride up. Amazing touch! Definitely recommend!

I Like it.
Compare to my compress shirts I have especially the custom made for my Bod. (Very Pricey)This I like bc the material it is made of, the price & very comfortable.But…Need better size for people like me with more of a girly figure.Me:Chest 44Waist 30-28 (depends what I eat 🤣)Would gotten 5 Stars but the sizing kill that.

I believe this vest is good so far.
They say it fits true to size. In my opinion it doesn't. I normally would wear a xl t-shirt. However. I noticed the vest fit really tight and I had to tuck my tummy in to get it on. When I got it on it was comfortable. It stretched out a bit after I wore it for my workout. I wanted it tight. Now it is perfect. If you want it a Lil bit more room. I would suggest you size up. I. 5,9" with a belly (240 pounds). I got the large/xl. It fits tight. I plan on losing weight so it will be looser over time. It is comfortable and you will get a good sweat. I hope this helps.

Sweat the Upper Torso
This vest actually stand by what it says it would do. I use a tang top to keep the sweat from running down the body. After an exercise, I remove the vest with the zipper which is more convenient than pulling it over your head and having the sweat on you head.I have gotten on two, one for my wife and the other for myself.

I order a Xl and got a L/XL which is to small
L/XL in not the same as XL - can't fit a tight XL into a L!

You will definitely sweat in this vest. It doesnt stretch very much and runs a little small so one size up may help.
