How long does each patch last and are they reusable eg use one patch each week but can put it back on selected days during that week ?

Let the patch stay on the skin for not more than eight hours. Not sure if it will be effective to re used it

It doesn't say - just B12 5000mcg, 2.5mcg nrv, 200000%nrv. Also has Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, D, E and K.

So am l right in thinking ,that you apply one patch a wk but only wear for 24 hrs?

Yep. I put mine on straight after a shower and then take off the next day before my shower. So roughly 24 hours. Then do the same again a week later :)
