EemaxEX630 Replacement Element

I purchased this Replacement Element in May 2018. Within a month, it had stopped working. At the time, I was not in a hurry to replace the element again as my daughter was able to use our main house for hot water. Circumstances have changed and I really need to have this replaced again. I've recently been back and forth with Asurion (extended protection plan purchased) and have gotten nothing but the run around from them. I'm hopeful that your company can help me out with this situation.

What can you say, its just a heating element, although too expensive. Last week I bought 50ft of nichrome wire and made my own, cost about $3.00, although I used a body from a burnt out one. Just remember NEVER turn off the water and turn on the hot water without throwing the breaker and let the hot water run until all the air gets out before turning the breakers back on.

Received these elements today. Hubby was able to replace all 3. It was harder for him to remover the old ones than to replace the new ones. A lot of swearing while removing the old elements, but the new ones are working great!

These elements and the heating system itself are both complete garbage. Do yourself (and your family) a favor and get a new tank.

Fixed our problem

This fixed the problem. Only minor handyman skills are needed to replace it.

Popped it in as a heater element for my on demand water heater that had a bad element. Works perfect now.

Worked well and was easy to install. Nice to have hot water again and saved a lot not having to replace the unit with a new one.

Works as expected, but much cheaper than from original retailer.
