Review: Great bands for strength training - These Therabands are definitely solid and well made. However, they are not as elastics as other bands on the market. This is both a pro and a con. If you are using it for rehabilitative work, you'll want something more elastic so that you can achieve your full Range of Motion (ROM). If you are using it for strength (resistance) training, then they are perfect as you'll be pulling against more resistance. Keep in mind that because they are not as elastic as others, you will need to modify or change your movement pattern to reach your ROM. Maybe not the best for beginning strength training, but well suited for the novice or advanced who are more familiar with movement mechanics.

These bands are high quality, easy to use, fit easily in a bag for travel, and good price point. I hooked the band on my exercise machine at home for use and a bed leg while traveling. The band level was a little low on the bed leg for the intended exercise, but it was doable.

These Therabands are definitely solid and well made. However, they are not as elastics as other bands on the market. This is both a pro and a con.
