Give it a Try
Streams Full 1080 might have 4K pass through I didn’t check. i could look past that but after a month of use, and a total of 4 streams the device is basically too much of a hassle to try and connect up for myself. The device eventually didn’t work for me and I contacted the business who not only sent me a replacement but refunded me and let me keep the items. They even told me the feedback they received was being implemented into future designs. satisfied with my experience shopping here

Great for Video with Sony RX100 V!
I purchased this video capture card for recording art class demonstrations for college students. I just tested the video quality and it worked perfectly with my Sony RX100 V, which I used as a second web cam. Picture quality was excellent and it was incredibly easy to set up. I recorded with QuickTime on my MacBook Pro and edited in iMovie. It was a fairly seamless process. You just have to buy your own HDMI cord. So far, very happy with the purchase.

Excelent Product for my needs!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I ordered this product specially for the no lag feature and of course for the excellent reviews, not too many but all 5 starts, and let me tell you I love it! It works as described. You can see it working on the video. I will recommend this little device to all people trying to build a good TV Ambilight. Thanks!

It doesn't work consistently
So the quality is fine, but after a bit of use the signal would randomly stop, give me a no signal screen or just go black. Sometimes I would fidget with it to get it to work again but then it started to constantly go back and forth from no signal to the input signal. Now I've just gotten used to expecting a random no signal image to show up. Their customer service representatives are very nice but I still haven't been able to find a solution to my product malfunctions even though I bought the warranty.

Excellent
Super easy to use. I'm using the free version of OBS Studio to record the capture. And I'm using a high quality USB 3 cable to connect it to my PC. There was a noticeable improvement when I swapped the included cable for the USB 3. I would recommend this to other people who want to record HD TV shows for playback at a later time.

Good video capture device
Wanted a capture device to record some fun video game sequences, this worked perfectly with the suggested free OBS capture software. Even on a slow computer the device + software was able to record in 720p 30fps.

You might want to buy something more expensive for quality sake
I bought this product for the purpose of streaming video games,. Although it has been working fine for the past month, my PC now does not recognize the device, the usb ports are fine on my PC it a matter of the quality of the actual product. Im hoping this is just a little hiccup for this device but this is a pain in the butt that this is even occurring. If I were you, if you NEED a capture card for video games save up for a used elgato capture card on Mercari or Ebay... until then I would say pass on this device. Its too much of a hassle

Why buy the more expensive/brand name?
This capture card is doing its job so far. Nothing fancy but also nothing obviously missing. Doing a great job of capturing a Nintendo Switch output and doing a pass through to a projector as well as capturing to USB device on computer for OBS and StreamLabs. It is a bit weird with VLC but there may just be some configs to tweak I just haven't messed with. Overall I'm not sure what I'm missing from this that the $400 Elgato variant has, other than brand name and included software which really don't much matter if you're streaming from streamlabs anyway. Great product so far, give it a shot for $38 :)
