Nice addition to the system. Once you figure out the placement that works for you, you’re ready to go. It’s no different then setting the machine at the gym to your settings before hopping on. I wish the wait increments were printed on the bands somewhere. Sometimes I forget which one is the weight I need.

In theory they are really cool, but they are too long for me
In theory they are really cool, but they are too long for me. I am not able to get the resistance I need unless I tie a knot in them to make it shorter. If they could come up with a way to adjust them they would be perfect.
