This was a real surprise for me. I was looking to replace a my pillow that replaced a memory foam pillow that I had used for so long that it had lost some "height". It would deflate as I slept and I was constantly waking up to flip it over. The my pillow also required constant reshaping and fluffing throughout the night. So, I found this pillow at a great price and ordered it. When it arrived I was a little skeptical as it wasn't the heavy, dense memory foam I was looking to replace. It was a lighter material, much lighter, and it seemed like it was going to be very very firm. I used the pillow that night despite my skepticism and slept very well. I discovered that my personal "comfort height?" is higher than I thought. This pillow does not sink, at all, during the night. It is very firm, so I'm not sure what a "firm" pillow would feel like. But, I will tell you I have slept so much better on this pillow than any others. My only complaint might be that initially my ear would hurt (side sleeper) sometimes after being compressed against such a firm surface. However, that has not happened since the first week of use and it seems the pillow has developed more softness in the outer layer, or I'm just used to it. At any rate, I love this pillow and I recognize it's not for everyone. I ordered two of them and my wife cannot sleep on the extra one. But if you need a pillow that does not disappear in the night and you like your head to be a little higher than average, this one is for you. I also find I sleep more and more comfortably on my back now after using this pillow for the past couple of months.

Five star pillow... I'm a believer--it works. In the market for a new pillow after years of using my natural latex pillow. I read a ton of reviews and subsequently purchased another brand pillow at $70. Slept on it and had the hottest sleep I ever had. The smell was awful and I woke up 100% unrested. I sent it back the next day. What a huge disappointment. This particular pillow had a ton of great reviews, but many negative reviews also.Being that (at this point), I no longer had a pilow to sleep on, I had to find something quick. Luckily this one had good reviews and same day delivery.I unpackaged, it fluffed up, and I slept on it that night. Thankfully, I woke up feeling great. I know its hard to believe, but I'm a slide sleeper who wakes up at the slightest noise. I slept all night and woke feeling more alert and more rested than I've felt in years. Even my eyes, the most obvious sign of unrestfulness in me, looked and felt great. It's only been a few days and I'm actually looking forward to sleeping on it because I'm getting good rest.Maybe I missed it, but the only improvement would be to offer the exact pillow in king.I'll be ordering my wife one today. I wanted to be the "test bed" and if all went well, I'd order the same for her. I can confidently say this is a great pillow that's somewhat form yet supportive. No neck pain or other isues. Well I purchased 3 of these pillows there what fits my comfort there soft and mold to your head with comfort to sleep although I had to send one back due to a defect but it was fixed and the company made all efforts to fix the problem to make me a happy customer I didn't down the defective product I still purchased it nobody perfect it's a good pillow I would recommend it to you for comfort to sleep good at night

This is a very nice pillow with a soft surface. It did not smell at all, and opened quickly and easily. It provides a lot of neck support and is probably very good for side sleepers. Unfortunately it just isn't right for me and I threw away the packaging so I can't return it. It is very firm and thick, so it ended up elevating my head too much. For example when laying on my back my chin almost touches my chest. When laying on my side my head was tilted upwards, out of alignment with my neck. I would definitely recommend this pillow to others but it didn't work for me.

Just received this Memory Foam Pillow and I love it! Could not be happier with it. Each day I would wake up with back pain for years, and now it is gone after a few days of using this pillow. I especially like the medium soft feel and comfort during sleep. It took a day or 2 to get used to this pillow, yet once I did I would not go back to a regular pillow again. The quality of this pillow is great. It feels great to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed from a deep night of sleep. The size is just right too. I like the comfort and that it stays cool. It is antimicrobial and resistant to mold, mildew, bacteria and dust mites. It comes with a very soft luxury quality pillow cover that enhances air flow and zips right off for easy machine washing. Pillow measures 24" X 16" X 5". I strongly recommend this product and would have no hesitation buying this item again!

I got a queen size mattress May of 2017. It came with a pillow. Both are very comfortable to this day.Both were made in China. 03/2017 on the label. But the one I ordered this time came and it was very hard so I sent it back and got a different one. It was not as hard but was quite a bit smaller as in about 2 inches smaller and higher so it is difficult to sleep on it with out getting a stiff neck, no matter if on your side or back. I am unable to return it I guess because I am past my window. I got it on July 11th the first pillow the 2nd came later. This pillow came from Malaysia 09/2019. So sad since I had nothing but good to say about this company before this. I hope they see a way to change back to the way the product was before.
