Kinesio Taping - Elastic Therapeutic Athletic Tape Tex Gold Light Touch - Fuji Purple – 2 in. x 16.4 ft

I have sensitive skin and have tried many sensitive kinesiology tapes over the years, but this one is by far the best. Unlike others, it doesn't irritate my skin at all. It stays on comfortably for a couple of days and comes off really easily without any hassle. While some might argue that it's not as sticky as other kinesiology tapes, that's a given since it's specifically made for sensitive skin. Personally, I love it.

Absolutely love this particular tape because it is considerably more gentle on the skin and some of the other products that are out there. I use this quite frequently on people who have superficial bruising from injuries. It helps stabilize the muscles and the fascia, and gives just enough lift to allow for the lymphatic system to clear the bruising.

I use this for mouth tape when using my CPAP. Regular kinesio tape would occasionally pull little bits of the top layer of skin off upon removal, leaving a sore spot for several hours. This light touch tape hasn't done that, however I discovered I have to thoroughly press & rub the tape down against the skin for it to stick well enough. Even then it will occasionally work partly loose during the night. I haven't found a perfect solution yet but I prefer this to the regular tape.

Kinesio taping is a game-changer for muscle support and pain relief! Whether I’m dealing with sore muscles, joint pain, or just need some extra stability, this tape does the job. It’s stretchy but supportive, and it actually stays in place—even during workouts or showers.

It sticks well and helps with my shoulder pain... however if left on for more than 16 hours it leaves marks on my sensitive skin. Not as bad as regular kinesiology tape would but they are still uncomfortable. It isn't waterproof... came right off when it got wet.

Wanted to love these. Needed it for my foot and ankle. My sensitive skin doesn't tolerate strong adhesives, so this seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately, it would only stay in place for a few hours, unless I used paper tape at the ends to hold it in place longer.

I have sensitive skin and EDS. I use this to wrap my MCP, thumb, and finger joints to keep them from hyperextending while writing or doing specific tasks. This tape stays in place for hours and does not peel your skin off when you remove it. It doesn’t leave a nasty layer of adhesive on my skin or make it itch or burn. This is gold standard for people with sensitive skin issues that need joint support!!
