Good quality product - simple and secure packaging in a plastic jar. Didn't find any impurities (e.g. sand particles like some other brands) or lumps/grains. Smooth powder.This is un-alkalized, hence lighter in colour than alkalised versions. Tasted less bitter and more flavour than alkalised versions when consumed directly, e.g., in milk or coffee (i.e. not cooked).Having used alkalised versions before for baking/cooking, I didn't notice much difference in taste or colour with this non-alkalised powder. However, more quantity (than alkalized version) may be needed to match the colour/bitterness.

good cocoa powder can be used for Chocolate, ice creams, and cakes. packaging needs improvement overall worth for the money.

The taste and quality used to be good and I used to regularly order from this brand. But my recent order came with a different cap (white transparent cap) with some additional seal and the cocoa powder now tastes like sand. Quality has dropped and I have decided to throw it away rather than using it without knowing what it is mixed with

UPDATE - The second order that I received is horrible. The aroma is all but gone, the mixture appears to be heterogeneous in nature. The quality has been reduced drastically. I would not recommend purchasing this now. Earlier, it was good but they have changed the quality._______________________________________________________________________________________________Received the said product within a business week of ordering. My preferred usage is mixing it in my oats with unflavoured whey protein. It is good however, the packaging leaves much to be desired. The aforesaid product was spilled outside of the plastic covering that it comes in. Other than that it was good. Would purchase again.
