I am not sure if these tablets work as you may not notice a dramatic change. Also, the size of the capsule could be hard to swallow and for those reasons I do not take them everyday.

Worked great for my knees
Worked wonders for my knees. Used to have lots of clicking and pain. After taking these for a few months the clicking and pain is virtually non existent.

Early days yet, only been using a few weeks. I’ve not noticed a difference yet, but will update when the bottle is finished. They are quite large capsules, but they’re ok to swallow, they don’t stick.

The brand does’nt matter but it does the job.
