Does the seat cover have ties at the front or back for secure fitting?

It has ties at the bottom on each side and two zippers on each side where the at the bottom where the seat and back of the chair meet together.

After fiting does it slip or firm when sitting over it ?

Firm if you have it tied tight enough upon the install. The material will give while you sit in your chair but once you stand up it fits the chair perfectly with no wrinkles. No slipping on my chair but each chair is different.
