Dobby says it is ok but not great
Goes flappy when I pick it up.Don’t think it is as good as a real fish.Scares my slave when it starts flapping.I prefer to chase my spring all over the house.P.S. Please send snacks to my house.

The only toy my cat plays with
I have wasted so much money on toys that my cat ignores - but she loved this immediately. She rubbed her face against it (the catnip), held it in her front paws and kicked it (the fish twitching), and has been doing so for at least 10 minutes continuously, breaking off only to eat. The only reason I gave this 4 stars rather than 5 is that she has not had this toy for a long length of time so its long-term interest cannot be gauged. I also like that it can be recharged via USB and not batteries.

Cats aren’t keen on it
The media could not be loaded. My cats didn’t go for it straight away, showed some interest but haven’t gone near it since. The catnip provided isn’t very strong so I might have to buy some more and put it inside the fish. Given the price, wasn’t worth it!

Well made
This is well made and looks like a lot of excitement for most kitties. My cat is afraid of it, but he is a big wuss. He prefers it when it’s switched off. Your cat will probably love it

Not for noise-sensitive cats, but a great toy nonetheless.
This thing is powerful! One small, curious tap from a paw and this fish flies into a frenzy of flopping. My cat wasn't keen on this, as she's quite noise-sensitive and she didn't like the noise it was making on the floor (short carpet). Because she seemed so wary of it, I took the motor out, which is really easy to do. I love that the fish comes with a small pouch of silver vine catnip - Pixie adores that bit! I sprinkled some into the fish, zipped it up, and then watched with glee as she proceeded to rub herself all over it. Needless to say, without the motor and with the addition of some catnip, she absolutely adores this toy. It's length is great because it means the cat can use it as a kicker toy, sufficiently conditioning their rear claws. Overall, a brilliant product. Pair with Meowjiuana catnip spray for some serious fun!

Noisy fish flapper
The noise the fish flapping makes terrifies my two cats so they avoid playing with it. More money wasted. Hoping they'll warm up to it.
