Terrific present for toddlers who like to play chef. They love decorating the cake and putting on the candles and then cutting the slices.

I purchased this for my granddaughter for her 2nd birthday. She loves to pretend she's cooking and serve food to us. This was perfect for her to play pretend with after her birthday. She enjoyed decorating the cake and putting the candles on it. I only wish there were more than two little saucers and utensils.

This is a wonderful toy. I was afraid to buy this item because it had no reviews. I took a chance and it turned out to be a great buy. For me, The item is a great Tool for teaching children with cognitive barriers what typically happens on birthdays, singing the birthday song, and teaching them how to be apart of a birthday celebration.

The set came with the cake, decorations, and cutting knife. That part was okay. BUT the plates packaged with the BIRTHDAY cake had stickers that said PIZZA! Gifted this and was there when it was opened and I was shocked and disappointed! There was no way to know ahead of time. Very disappointing.

Perfect for tuning fine motor skills! This you allows kids to separate the pieces of the pie by using strength to cut into the actual cake. The fruit can be used as pegs to place in holes on the cake. This is a really good toy for 3 and up
