I was sent only 25 masks dumped in an envelope instead of a box.

Based on a recent news story showing what a genuine KN95 mask should look like including information printed on the mask itself in addition to the printed letters "KN95", I was suspicious when I ordered these masks. My doubts were due to the lack of detailed information printed on the outside of the mask in the photo that appears with the Amazon listing and because the verbiage describing the masks does not claim to be a KN95 mask. I shall update this review when I receive the masks on or about January 19th.

I ordered a pack of 50ea KN95 face masks, but only received 20ea from artnaturals!!! I need a refund or 30 more please !

I searched for OSHA approved KN95 masks made in the USA. This listing came up. The price seemed reasonable and not too low. What I received was nothing like what is pictured. Nor is it on the original box, i.e. repackaged as several loose packets stuffed into a cardboard packing box. They are labeled as KN95 masks but clearly they are not.False advertising. These are just paper masks which would never pass OSHA or CDC.Oh, and the "USA" part? They came from a fulfillment center in California. Not from a manufacturer nor a store. I will be returning them and requesting a full refund!

These do not meet the qualifications for a NIOSH approved KN95. Idk how well these masks work but would go with a more reputable brand if you want to make sure they will protect you

These came loose in the shippers envelope. Very uncomfortable that these had been handled before I received them.Masks seem to be well made. Metal band on the outside to adjust for the nose. Ear bands are thick and sturdy. Masks are smaller than any I’ve purchased before. Not made for anyone with a large face or long chin. Even with a small face and almost no chin, the masks fit firmly on my face. Ear straps will be too tight to wear for any length of time. Label in mask wrap is in Chinese so I don’t know if I got child masks.

BEWARE OF THE SIZE OF THESE MASKS !!~!~!~!!These masks are so small they pull the top of my ears way far forward (ouch!) and then the elastic loop slips off my ear. I'm not some big person with a huge head. I'm an older woman with a small ears, small nose and a smaller size head so I would estimate them to be size small or extra small. They fit my 10 and 12 year grandkids, but I would guess that they would not be large enough for most adults.
