I absolutely love this little pot. I bought it because I'm currently on the GAPS diet and I'm constantly cooking and heating up food for myself. I was suffering from a back injury and it was very difficult for me to lift larger pots. This little guy is so nice and light, lifting it and cleaning it doesn't bother my back at all. I've owned it for two months now and I've I've probably used it about 300 times! I use it about 4-6 times a day (for heating up broth, warming up soup or stew, boiling two or three eggs, melting coconut oil or butter). For the past several days I've had the flu and I've used it to boil elderberries for tea several times each day in addition to it's other uses. It still looks brand new. It's so easy to clean. Because I use it so often, I usually wash it by hand. But it's also dishwasher-safe (I put it in the dishwasher occasionally with no problems.) If you fill it to the top, it hold 3.5 cups (28 ounces). It's advertised as 24 ounces (3 cups), but I wouldn't put more than 20 ounces (2.5 cups) of liquid in it, or it could easily boil over. Also, even though it's light weight, it seems very sturdy and solidly built. It's just a great little pot.
